Welcome to the NCO Club. This is a place for the corps of non-commissioned officers to share ideas, vent their feelings, and generally blow off some steam. Like the proverbial NCO club, it is meant to be a space that is laid back, easy-going, full of camaraderie, and sometimes full of heated debate – minus the throwing things.
Most military blogs tend to be generally geared towards officer types – which of course limits the dialogue to just a tiny portion of the military. In order to grow as leaders and as a military force, we need all voices to be heard.
